Our client is an international group recognized in its industry.As a Payroll Specialist, you will act as the main point of contact for coordinating payroll across your scope, with the following key responsibilities:
- Oversee payroll operations in coordination with the ADP provider and monitor payroll cycles through to validation, ensuring deadlines are met ;
- Review payroll inputs for accuracy and secure data prior to finalization
- Collect, verify, and input variable payroll elements (time, absences, bonuses, etc.)
- Identify and resolve discrepancies while ensuring data quality
- Contribute to process stabilization and continuous improvement of workflows following ADP implementation
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, produce reports, and participate in internal controls and audits
- Act as a key point of contact between HR, Finance, the payroll provider, and employees, providing operational support and expertise.

Fixed salary range of €45K-€55K over 12 months, depending on profile.

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in HR, Finance, or Business Administration.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in payroll within an international environment
Fluent English is required for this position
